NOTE: Remove ice build-up around the edge of walk-in freezer door.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.

-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-Storage rooms satisfactory; washrooms satisfactory.
-Front bars satisfactory.
-Bleach available on site.
NOTE: Ensure to prepare 100-200ppm chlorine by adding 1/2 tsp of bleach / 1L of water. Sanitize all prep surfaces prior to the next operation.
