Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle - >200 ppm. Use this solution for wiping down food prep areas/counters.
However Chlorox based sanitizer provided in pail with wiping cloth contained 0 ppm chlorine. This is not an approved sanitizer. Discontinue use of chlorox stain remover bleach solution. If skin irritation is an issue for staff from bleach use, switch to another commercially approved sanitizer such as Quats (Ammonium based sanitizer)
General sanitation is satisfactory at this time
