Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Designated handwash sink AGAIN obstructed from use -containers stored in compartment and foods blocking access. This was noted in the February 2018 inspection as well -further citations will require increased enforcement: i.e. $230 ticket per infraction
Corrective Action(s): Keep designated handsinks clear for use and adequately stocked. -Workers should not be washing their hands at the utility sinks -those are for cleaning and food purposes

Chemical Controls:
Bleach sanitizer buckets >100ppm as per test strips
Reused wiping towels for food contact surfaces maintained in sanitizer buckets when not actively used

Daily tracking sheets maintained for fridges
NOTE: Mechanical washer not being daily checked -add this to your daily logging

General Sanitation okay
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests
