3rd Follow-up Inspection conducted due to owner change: - Black display cooler was 2C - Meat Dept. - White display cooler was 1C - Meat Dept. - All coolers + freezers have thermometers. - All surfaces are smooth, sealed, durable, and cleanable. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks + shelves. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - No expired foods for sale. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [cl2] of 200ppm. - Approval to operate granted, for the store part.
