3 compartment sinks have 200 pm QUATs measured from dispenser. Labelled spray bottled measured 200 ppm QUATS' Handsinks by 3 compartment sinks equipped with liquid soap, single use paper towel and hot/cold running water. Bivalves and crustaceans are in separate holding tanks. Temperature and holding tank monitoring logs are kept and available. Walkin cooler measured at 1.8C (ambient) Ice bin is maintained in sanitary condition with scoops stored outside. Display coolers at 2.9C (ambient) Retail bunker freezers both at -14C to -16C. Monitor and ensure it goes down to -18C or colder. Bivalves holding tank has separate scoops for different products. Holding tank is maintained in sanitary condition with monitoring tags General sanitation is satisfactory No signs of pest at time of inspection.
