Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar towels soaking in sanitizer solution used for wiping down bar/prep table, residual chlorine 0ppm. Staff dumped and refilled with new solution, residual 200ppm Chlorine with new solution.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer residual of bar towels maintains at least 100ppm chlorine for wiping bar tables.

Observation: New hand soap dispensers installed at hand sinks. The dispenser at the front sink opens up easily and often when pushing the button for soap. Dispenser is not attached to wall in front hand sink near cashiers.

Note:
Quats solution in 3 compartment sink over 200ppm residual, tested over 400ppm on strips used by EHO. Staff member used quats strips recommended by supplier and received 400ppm residual quats. Solid sanitizer (quat) premixed solution, product info provided by staff shows 200 ppm effective concentration.Residual tested by staff member at cold/warm readings show consistent high 400 ppm residuals even after draining sink and retrying multiple times. Have serviced to maintain effective residual as per sanitation plan and product recommendation.
