Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food grade sanitizer not available for use in kitchen. Several types of deodorizers and degreasers available however they all need to be rinse after use and none of them sanitize surfaces
Corrective Action(s): Purchase sanitizer immediately to ensure surfaces (counters etc are sanitized properly)

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: 1) Large amount of food in bags, boxes and plastic containers being stored outside on back porch. All food must be protected from contamination and potential rodent infestation.
2) Subway bags being used to store food in the freezer. They cannot be used as they are not intended to be reused
Corrective Action(s): 1) All is to be stored in the kitchen or in the storage room in the garage as it has been pest proofed. If there is not enough space then metal cans can be stored on deck for now
2) Purchase new storage bags and do not reuse them as they cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized

Observation: The only food storage cupboard has been removed from the kitchen in order to install wall ovens
Corrective Action(s): Plans must be submitted for approval of oven installation as well as where the food storage will be moved to. This is now an issue as all the food has been moved to the porch which is unacceptable.

** staff member went and purchased bleach during inspection. Bleach solution was made with staff and found to be at 100ppm
