Hand sinks provide with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer at the 3 comp sink measured 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached 74 deg C.
Upright freezers were at -14 to -16 deg C (when not busy this equipment must maintain -18 deg C or colder).
Upright cooler was at or below 4 deg C.
Prep line coolers were at 1-3 deg C.
Display coolers were below 4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
Staff wearing clean aprons.
Pest control contract in place.
