- Operator has had dish washer technician and plumber come in to do repairs on the dishwasher - Dishwasher obtained 66.9C max. - Have dishwasher repaired so that it is able to maintain 71C sanitizing rinse at plate/82C sanitizing rinse at gauge for 18 seconds (as per manufacturer's instructions) - Premises is to continue manual sanitizing as per the routine inspection report. Call for follow up inspection.
