- General sanitation needs improvement.
- Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated buckets at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- Downstairs storage locker has two freezers. Freezers at < or = -18C.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Rice warmer = 60C
- Warmers (front) > or = 60C.
- Thermometers available in all other refrigeration units.
