General sanitation was satisfactory. Hamburger patties and fried chicken breast were cooked to appropriate temperatures. No obvious signs of pest noted. Sanitizer was available. Temperature of refrigeration and hot holding units were satisfactory. Handwashing station was satisfactory. COVID health screening was conducted on visitors upon entering. Discussed report with Romin.
