Follow up inspection to PDHL-C4AUZQ

- Bleach available for 3 compartment sink
- Bleach available in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- All food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground
- All food items were protected from contamination by being in their original packaging or covered with a food grade material
- Hand sink had been repaired and was in a fixed position
- All unnecessary items were removed from the premises - ladder and signage had been removed off-site
- No food items were located in the washroom. Shelving moved to the office for any extra storage requirements

Employee still needs to register for FOODSAFE Level 1 - email health inspector with registration as soon as possible
