Follow up inspection:

-The battery in the probe thermometer was replaced and it was in good working order to check the internal temperature of cooked food.
-There was no "min/max" or "mode" button on this waterproof thermometer to check the final rinse temperature of the dishwasher. The operator is to obtain either another waterproof thermometer with the "min/max' temperature option or thermal labels so that staff may verify that the dishwasher is effectively sanitizing food containers/cups.
-The cooler in the first classroom was 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder (~1.5 degrees C). A thermometer was available inside it.
