Routine inspection conducted, the following observations are made: - Hand washing sink at the back produce prep area is stocked with hot + cold running water, soap and paper towel. - Sanitizer available @ > 200 ppm Quats. - Good stock rotation in the store, no expired foods. - General sanitation is good through out the premises (front of store and back), no signs of pest activities. - All coolers temp < 4 degrees Celsius, all freezers temp < -18 degrees Celsius. - All food containers in retail area are intact.
