Manager and confirmed ownership At least one staff per shift with FS level 1 present General observations - Handsinks fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel - Bleach sanitizer measured to be 100ppm - All ice cream display freezers measured to be -18C or lower - Thermometers observed in the freezer - Dipper well in use during the inspection - Premises observed in sanitary condition NOTE: please separate floor mop cleaning supply from the food dispensing area.
