- Sanitation of premises and equipment was satisfactory. Ensure floor in dry storage room (under shelving units) is kept clear of miscellaneous items/debris.
- Handwashing sinks (2) in food preparation/service area were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers were operating at 4C or colder:
- Cold table 3C
- 2 door reach in cooler (right) 2C
- 2 door reach in cooler (left) 2C
- Countertop beverage cooler 4C
- Single door beverage cooler 4C
- Foods stored in coolers are wrapped/covered and dated.
- Potentially hazardous foods in steam table were maintained above 60C
- chicken 71C, beef 69C rice 76C
- Cold holding and hot holding temperatures are checked and recorded every 2 hours
- Quats sanitizer solution present for sanitizing food contact surfaces and dishes. Staff knowledgeable about manual dishwashing method.
- Test strips present and in use for verifying sanitizer concentration.
- No signs of pest infestation noted at time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place with monthly service. Viewed most recent report (17-Oct) at time of the inspection.
- Foodsafe requirement met at time of the inspection. Kitchen Manager present and has completed Foodsafe level 1 equivalent
- Staff/public washrooms maintained and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel for handwashing.
