Food Handler Hygiene
o Hand wash station, brew bar area, is fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
o Operators had clean clothing for food preparation

Storage Temperatures
o Cold holding Coolers are below 4C; Cold holding Freezers are below -18C
o Coolers are organized to prevent cross contamination
o Hot holding food items are at 60C

Maintenance and Sanitation
o Dishwasher - 50-100ppm Chlorine sanitizer (50ppm measured with test strips; Operator has test strips available). Please ensure opening staff or Managers are trained on using test strips to monitor daily and as a part of your Sanitation Plan.
o Sanitizer bottles - have 200ppm Quats; Additional Peroxide sanitizer available with test strips available to monitor both.
o Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
o Condition of equipment and surfaces - food contact surfaces and equipment are in good repair and clean condition
o Pest control - there are no signs of pests at the time of inspection. No flying pests at the time of inspection.
Two Routines without flying pests have been completed.
