Corrective Action(s): All food products and ingredients to be kept 6 inches or greater above floor. Open food bags are to be kept in pest proof containers in the protected production room.
Access is required behind the steel area for routine maintenance and survillance of pest activity indicators.
An intregrated pest management program is required to address the pest activity. Trap location and monitoring records are required

Observation: Production room floor-wall joints filled with expansion foam, accumulations of food debris and particulates.
Production room entry doors to equipped with door floor gaskets
Corrective Action(s): The production room wall floor joints to be cleaned remove expansion foam, clean and caulk wall floor joints and install coved baseboards. Seal baseboards to floor and wall using caulking.
