Follow up inspection to MTRG- B4Q7R6. The following issues were corrected on or before this inspection. - Commercial canopy was professionally cleaned. Slats have been degreased and cleaned. - Some cleaning has been done. - One full time staff has been enrolled for Foodsafe Level 1 taking place Oct 5th 2018. Ensure to provide proof to Environmental Health Officer. The following still require to be corrected. - See last report MTRG - B4Q7R6 and noted infractions.
