Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed pot of black beans on stove top measuring at an internal temperature of 56C with no lid or covering for 30 minutes.
Health Rationale:
Hot potentially hazardous food held at less than 60C increases the risks of potential pathogen growth/survival and/or toxin production, leading to potential foodborne illness when consumed.
Corrective Action:
Staff placed black beans on stove top and turned on to reheat food to 74C at the time of inspection. Ensure the beans are hot held at or above 60C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed vegetable containers stored on the bottom shelves of the back standing cooler without any lids or coverings for protection.
Health Rationale:
Food stored on lower shelves without lids or coverings increase the risk for potential cross-contamination as foods stored above may leak or spill onto the foods below, increasing the risk for potential foodborne illness.
Corrective Actions:
Staff provided lids for the affected container at the time of inspection. Ensure foods are appropriately covered to protect from contamination.

Observation: Observed fruit flies accumulating in the back storage area near the mop sink.
Health Rationale:
