Observation:
- REPEAT VIOLATION: Back door open when there is no delivery occurring.
Corrective Action(s):
- Operator placed door screens but door screens have gaps at the bottom. Door also has gaps at the bottom. Install a door sweep that ensures a full closure with no gaps at the bottom AND ensure to keep the door closed when there is no delivery occurring.

Observation:
- Double compartment sink and wall junction are lined with cardboard.
Corrective Action(s):
- This area is prone for moisture accumulation. Do not use non-water resistant material such as cardboard. Remove the lining materials and reinstall with non-porous, smooth and easy-to-clean material such as metal, plastic or tiles.

Comments

Premises is a grocery store that sells prepackaged foods and whole fruits and vegetables. Premises only trims and cleans up produce but does not sell them cut.
- All sinks are fully equipped. Ensure to place the paper towels in the dispensers inside women's washroom.
- All freezers ranged from -12C to - 26C.
- Alcohol in spray bottle used as sanitizer.
- Bleach is available on site underneath the double compartment sink.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.

Observed too many cardboards are in use for veg/fruit displays. Some damaged cardboard holding units were observed. Ensure food items are held in proper holding units that allows easy cleaning.
