Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Whipped cream stored in a broken cooler (cooler at 24C), no other food in the cooler
2) Tomato sauce sitting in ice bucket with top half not in the ice. This is an ongoing violation
Corrective Action(s): 1) whipped cream was discarded, it was accidentally placed in the cooler
2) discussed with operator that the entire container must be submerged, if the container is too high then use a more shallow container for the tomato sauce
