Routine inspection with the presence of the owner.

-General sanitation was GOOD.
- Hand sink and staff washroom were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- Walk in cooler 2.7C. Under the counter cooler 3.7C.
- Walk in freezer -19.2C. Upright freezer -18.1C
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 50-100ppm chlorine at the end of the rinse cycle after technician examined the setting.
- Surface sanitizer measured 200ppm in the spray bottles.
- 2-compartment sink was available for manual dishwash.
- Temperature log was available and up to date upon request.
- All foods in the walk in cooler and walk in freezer stored off floor, properly covered and labeled.
- Dray food storage area was in a sanitary condition.
- Factory has 2-3 employees, 1 employee and the owner has FOOD SAFE Certificate.

Note: Reminded the owner that the drain by the proofer needs cleaning regularly.
