Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer cloths were left on counter after cleaning. Dirty cloths need to be suspended in sanitizer in bucket after every use.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to put dirty cloths in sanitizer bucket with 200 to 300 ppm sanitizer after use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoops observed placed in the ice and requires touching the ice with your hands to fetch scoop.
Corrective Action(s): Place scoop in a dedicated container to keep it clean between use. If I have to touch the ice to get the scoop this makes the ice dirty.

Recommendations from last inspection completed:
1. Permit is properly framed and on display.
2. Shelving in kitchen is at higher elevation to allow for staff hand washing.

Premise is sanitary and no signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot syrup soup hot held at 61.5C.
Ice machine and ice station is sanitary. Scoop storage is sanitary after corrections.
Counter freezer -6C taro balls.
Glass cooler 4.1C prepped syrups.
Pearl balls and perishable condiments at room temperature are prepped served and discarded within a 2 hour window.
Prep service cooler at 4.0C buckets of sugar milk.
300 ppm chlorine solution in spray bottle in use. Education provided on sanitizer buckets for wiping towels.
Hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and warm running water.
Prep sink in use, 3 compartment sink in use.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
