Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (During time of inspection, bleach solution in spray bottles were >200ppm chlorine concentration, bleach appeared to be undiluted bleach )

Follow up inspection to MTRG-AF5TB8.
The following deficiencies were corrected during time of inspection.
- During time of inspection, no foods were being held/ displayed at room temperature
- Chlorine sanitizer solution now available throughout the facility, bottles all labeled and concentrations at 200ppm
- Operator has employed Pest Control Operator, invoices and reports provided during time of inspection, no captures as per Nov 8th 2016 report
- Door sweep/ weather stripping has been installed at back door
Note: Must continue to keep this door closed
- Food debris behind equipment and underneath shelving and all hard to reach areas (i.e., underneath microwave) has been removed
- Walls/ corners/ crevices of facility have been cleaned
- Metal slats have been degreased and now maintained in good sanitary condition
