Hand wash station provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Bleach sanitizer measured 100 ppm or greater. Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C. Prep line cooler was at 3-4 deg C. Hot holding for pizza was at 56 deg C; however, operator only display a few pizza and timed for no more than 2 hours. Secondary cooking step is done for donair. Limited food items are stored in the freezer and cooler. General sanitation was good. Floor and counter tops were cleaned. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Operator is selling business. Some fixing required when new owner takes over (i.e. light fixture covers). -Ensure that temperature log is maintained and up to date.
