Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.*
Freezers at -18 degrees C or less.
Hot holding at 60 degrees C or more.
Food is protected from potential contamination.
Thermometers/gauges in place for coolers/freezers.
Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
All sinks supplied with hot and cold running water.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available from dispenser and in sanitizer buckets at 200 ppm.
High temperature dishwasher measured 74 degrees C at the dish surface during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or hotter at the dish surface).
Equipment/utensils are stored in sanitary condition.
No signs of pest activity observed.

*Compressor has been replaced for cooler noted on previous inspection report. It was stated that compressor is going to be replaced for large under counter cooler (no potentially hazardous food storage). Couple of small coolers are being used exclusively for non-potentially hazardous beverage storage and were above 4 degrees C at time of inspection.
