Observation: No FOODSAFE trained staff on duty at the time of the inspection. Staff on duty stated that other employees have FOODSAFE training.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handwashing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available to manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm bleach solution.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bucket at 100ppm bleach solution.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Covid safety plan could not be found on site. Provide Covid Safety plan during the next follow up inspection.
- Better time stamping of foods left at room temperature required.
Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Thermometers available in all other refrigeration units.
- Recommend to immediately begin daily temperature log for all coolers.
- Temperature log for coolers and freezers could not be found on site. Provide a daily temperature log during the next follow up inspection.
