Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. All hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. Hot and cold water available. Quat sanitizer in use in buckets at 300 ppm. Dishware is washed and sanitized in main kitchen. Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated scoop. Dry storage area is adequate. Equipment in good working order. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and food safety practices. Counter black dairy fridge milk at 3.5C, Display cooler at 3.5C carrot juice. Temperature monitoring in use with all units. Bar counter and equipment not in use. Creamers and milk are held in thermocoolers and replaced every 2 hours. Permit posted in visible location.
