Routine inspection Hand washing stations are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Coolers measured at or below 4C. Freezer measure at or below -18C. Ensure to maintain temperature monitoring log for all cooling units and keep it updated. High-Temp dishwasher registered at or above 71C. Wash temperature reached 150F. Food contact surfaces maintained. Sanitizer available 100-200 ppm chlorine solution in spray bottles and spray bottles labeled properly. Lighting in the kitchen observed to be adequate. Food storage and coffee bar maintained clean and food stored above the floor. No sign of pest activity at this date. No issues noted
