Reminder: Ensure temperature monitoring for walk in cooler and walk in freezer is up to date

General Comments:

- Hand washing stations maintained
- Counters and boards are washed and sanitized properly
- Dishwashing in 3 compartment sink is done properly
- Quat sanitizer measured at 200ppm. Wiping cloths were observed inside the sanitizer solution
- No obvious signs of pests at this time
- Staff are food safe trained
- Hot holding unit is at 60C or below. Food in inserts is above 60C
- All coolers with inserts are at or below 4C
- Walk in cooler at 3C
- Walk in freezer at or below -18C
- Display cooler is at or below 4C
- Food properly stored off the floor
- Handwashing and use of gloves were observed
