Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer available at 400 ppm. Ensure to use test strip and maintain concentration at 200 ppm. Display freezer was at -19 deg C. Deep freezer was at -19 deg C. Dipper well is working properly. Commercial fly strip available for controlling flies when needed. Ensure to place this in an area away from food service area. Note: Some changes done in the kiosk. It is now larger and roomier and now facing south. No issues or concerns at time of inspection.
