Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Refrigeration units were at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezer was at -18 degrees C or less.
Hot-held food was at least 60 degrees C in the display case.
Refrigeration units and hot-holding unit were equipped with thermometers.
High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 78.3 degrees C (minimal required: 71 degrees C) at the plate level.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pail in the back kitchen and sanitizer spray bottle in the front service area.
Ice machine was in a clean condition and the scoop was stored separately.
Stand mixer bowl was in a clean condition.
Dry goods were stored in pest-proof covered containers in storage areas.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Pest control program is in place on a weekly basis via the mall.
Operator held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: July 13, 2025).
