-Follow-up inspection to Feb 8, 2019.
-Prep cooler has been serviced and additional gas has been added to the unit. Foods were probed at 4C to 5C. Cooler was on defrost cycle at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe items or utensils in the back 2-compartment sink at the time of inspection. Sink will only be used for manual warewashing of equipment which is too large for the dishwasher (large pots).
-General cleaning has been carried out in the walk-in cooler. Light fixture has been changed to a brighter light bulb. Staff are now able to easily verify cleaning has been carried out in the walk-in cooler.
