Comments

*Ensure wiping cloths are cleaned by soaking in sanitizer solution, not vinegar solution, to properly clean and sanitize them.
*Ensure Quats feeding line is primed before filing up the 3 compartment sink and verify the concentration had reached 200ppm with test strip.
*Clear the space in front of the hand sink to enhance more frequent and easier handwashing.
*Ensure temperature logs are maintained daily, preferably before and after lunch rush hours to verify temperatures are at safe levels.
