Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine from sanitizer bottle registered at 0ppm. No additional sanitizer spray bottle or bucket observed. Without adequate sanitation, disease causing pathogen's can survive on food contact surfaces and contaminate food products.
Corrective Action(s): Fresh Chlorine solution was made registered at 100ppm. Reminder mix 1/2 teaspoon of unscented bleach with 1 litre of water.
