Observation: 1. *REPEAT* (Since June 2023) Food (potatoes / Onions ) Stored in common area near emergency exit. Staff stated this was for Vaisaki.
2. *REPEAT* (Since June 2023) Range hood observed to have heavy build up of grease and spices. Staff stated hoods will be cleaned after service today.
Corrective Action(s): 1. All food and equipment meant for restaurant use is to be stored within approved facility.

Observation: Glass window of front sweets display unit damaged. Clear packing tape observed to be used to hold glass together. Staff stated refrigeration maintenance will be contacted to replace door.
Corrective Action(s): Repair door. In meantime, seal other side of crack with packing tape to prevent glass from contaminating food.

Range hood to be professionally cleaned within a week.

Storage:
Food stored in restaurant facility by end of inspection.
Most food stored at least 6" off floor.
