Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C5QS8K.
All outstanding infractions in report#JCHY-C5QS8K have been corrected.
-QUATs spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm.
-QUATs spray bottles present at the preparation area.
-3-compartment sink available and in use for manual dishwashing until the low-temperature dishwasher is serviced replaced to measure at least 50ppm chlorine.
-No scoops observed inside the dry ingredient bins. Ensure that all scoops are outside of dry ingredient bins. Create containers outside the dry ingredient bins to store scoops.
-Underneath the 3-compartment sink and behind the mop sink area have been cleaned and disinfected. Rodent droppings have been cleaned from aforementioned areas.
-FoodSafe Level 1 certified operator on-site. Certification available for review.

-Installation of a preparation sink and submittion of updated floor plan to district EHO are to be corrected by: Sept 9, 2021 as indicated in report#JCHY-C5QS8K.

NOTE: Restart pest control company to come in to monitor and control pest activities. Retain pest report for District EHO review. Submit "Name Change Application" for Nipa Hut to District EHO.
