MEAT DEPARTMENT
Please rearrange setup to ensure that all areas including under work tables, shelves and counters are easily accessible for cleaning. (remove extra work table)
Remove plastic sheets over worktables (cutting boards). Plastic tears easily and can get into food.
All wood in food preparation and storage areas must be finished so that the surface is non-absorbent and smooth. Please finish the wood in the walk-in-cooler.

- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were present at the hand sink.
- Bleach solution was available for sanitizing.

PRODUCE DEPARTMENT
- Hand sinks were provided with liquid soap and paper towels.

GENERAL STORE
