- The premises is now observed in sanitary condition, all the droppings have been cleaned, area is sanitized. - All holes in dry storage area are filled with foam and covered with concrete - Bay door and back door has door sweep installed, no gaps are noted - All packaging material in front upstairs storage is now stored off the floor, all damaged packs have been removed. - No leakage is observed, according to operator, AC unit is turned off and service will be done this weekend to look into the issue. NOTE: Follow up inspection to be conducted next week - Pest control company report available on site. NOTE: Email the pest company reports to area EHO for the next one or two months. CLOSURE ORDER is rescinded. OPerator signature not required due to COVID 19
