Routine inspection conducted:

- Upright cooler at 4 degrees C. Baby room cooler at 5 degrees C. Note: Monitor and adjust baby cooler as needed to ensure 4 degrees C or less is maintained. Temperature was dropping at time of inspection.
- Chest freezer at -22 degrees C
- Thermometers accurate to 1 degree C available for cold holding units
- Probe thermometer available on site for internal food temperature checks
- Canned foods in good condition
- Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 77 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
- Two compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid detergent, and two sink plugs
- Bleach water sanitizer available in a labeled spray bottle at approximately 200 ppm chlorine. Note: Chlorine test strip was bleaching out slightly (over 200 ppm chlorine detected)--bleach water solution was remade and tested at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure bleach water solution is maintained at concentrations required for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 100 to 200 ppm chlorine). Poster provided for kitchen. Note: Bottle label is faded--please relabel.
