Observation: Temperature of wash water to be 120F at the wash water gauge as per dishwasher manufacturer.
Corrective Action(s): Verify what the water temperature inside of the machine is effective for washing of dishes and utensils. Currently it may not be hot enough (95F measured inside of the machine). In meantime, wash dishes and utensils in sink using hot water (about 119F measured from tap) and detergent.

Comments

Follow up inspection regarding dishwasher.
- Wash water reached 95/96 F inside of the machine. Verify that that 120F is reached at a temperature gauge for effective washing of dishes and utensils. See above.
Final sanitizing rinse of 50+ppm reached - good. Test strips available.
Note, automatic dispenser for quats sanitizer is not working. Manually add sanitizer to water as per directions of label. Measure concentration with test strips (200ppm).
Report left with operator. Provide update to Fraser Health.
