New food items proposed: - Almond Milk - Butter Balls - Peanut Butter - wholesale Owner provided all required information as discussed on June 16, 2023. The following items need to be provided: Peanut Butter: - copy of the wholesale peanut butter missing Allergy warning - storage in the walk in cooler is sufficient ( reduce amount of the produce ) - re-call procedure for the wholesale is missing - labelling " after opening to refrigerated " - production date will be provided on the bottom of the jar - production will be done on the prep table /prep cooler at the back beside the hand sink Almond Milk: - 1 batch = 8L of milk ( 1L bottle ) - stored in the display cooler - shelf life of the ready to eat /missing NOTE: our next food sampling will include this food product for bacteriological quality of the ready to eat food ( done by BCCDC ) Butter Balls: - will be refrigerated ( walk in cooler ); dated; 3 dozens per week
