Comments

-Upright single door cooler was at 4C.
-Upright double door cooler was at 2C.
-Chest freezer was at -17C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were tested at 200ppm.
-Kitchen handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Operator stated the blender container is washed and sanitized after 1 hour of use.
-Operator stated the mixing spoons are washed and sanitized after 1 hour of use
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Eggs stored at the lowest level.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 25, 2027.
