General Comments No changes in process since last inspection Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel High temperature bottle washer reached 72C at the final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer) - used to sanitize equipment (certified organic - cannot use chemical sanitizer on surfaces; use their soap product) General maintenance and sanitation is good No signs of pests observed Food products stored covered; 6" off the ground Note: Operators must take FoodSafe refresher course (FoodSafe expires every 5 years now)
