Routine Inspection

* Premises has been renovated. Floor tiles and wall painting have been renewed. Also back splashes installed* Some raw wood noted in front of hot holding unit. Wood must be sealed and so that it provides a surface that is easy to clean. Ensure raw wood behind the display beverage cooler is sealed.

- Hand washing station maintained. Staff hand washing noted at the time of this inspection.
- 3-comp sink maintained. Implements noted stored in sanitary condition. QUAT 400 ppm detected in one compartment of the dishware washing sink.
- QUAT 200 ppm available in sani buckets & wiping cloths stored properly in the solution. Cutting boards are to be wiped with sanitizer frequently. Cutting board sanitizing discussed.
- Walk in cooler measured at 4 degree C or colder. Sandwich coolers with inserts measured at 4 degree C or colder.
- Walk in freezer measured at -18 degree C. Temperature monitoring sheet available.
- Hot holding unit measured above 60 C.
- General sanitation is overall good.
- No sing of pest activity noted at this date.
