Fish and meat department, currently one file- Two departments are totally separate with separate walk in cooler, preparation area , cutting area . Will separate the two , an application form will be sent to correct this.
-Refrigeration units were less than 4 C
-Meat cutting room temp <10 oC
-Cutting boards are being washed and sanitized between different products
-Repacking ( in case of broken package) is done properly and same label is used for new package
-Products near BBD are discounted to be sold before BBD
-No mechanical tenderizing done on site.

- Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels
- Quats sanitizer tested to 200 ppm
- Separate water systems for crabs / lobsters and shellfish
- Filters changed every week
- General sanitation good
