Ice bath in use for potentially hazardous dairy products - ensure the ice/water level comes up to the food level. Observed one container just slightly touching ice/water. corrected at time of inspection


Hand washing sinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold water
Quats sanitizer at 200ppm and test strips available
All temperatures meet health requirements
