Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach solution in the spray bottle was too strong ( > 200 ppm) and bleached out the test strips.
Corrective Action(s): Refilled to 100 ppm ( 1 tsp per liter) during the inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine when tested. The sanitizer container connected to the dishwasher was found to be empty and was replaced during the inspection.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Chlorine test strips were available.
No evidence of pests.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review.
Food is stored in pest proof containers.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
