Observation: Two handsinks deficient
-the handsink near the employee washroom has no paper towels dispensed
-the handsink next to stove has no paper towels dispensed
Correction: -place a fixed paper towel dispenser at the handsink next to the washer
-replenish the paper towel dispenser

Any paper towel rolls in use need to be in a dispenser or a spindle type dispenser so as to prevent the ends from being contaminated

Low temperature washer re-tested at 100ppm chlorine residual -ensure to maintain minimum >50ppm as per your test strips -checking and logging results everyday as per log sheets provided
Areas cleaned -no droppings observed throughout premise -operator to email me the next pest work report from Abell Pest Control -operator increased pest visits to bi-weekly instead of monthly
Handsinks adequately stocked with paper towels, pumped soap and clear for use
